Our Experience

Vector Squared provides consulting services for auto physical damage insurance claims,  collision repair, and related industries.  Founded by Roger Wright who has been associated with the collision repair industry for 50 years, has earned 30 years of experience in senior management positions for premier industry auto and casualty insurers.  Roger has also spent over 15 years in strategic roles with multi-million dollar franchised and group collision repair shops

Our Staff

Roger Wright has held positions as VP of Operations for Sterling Autobody, VP of Auto Claims for AIG, Senior VP of Insurance Relations for CARSTAR, AVP of Material Damage with GMACI/Integon, and National Material Damage Coordinator with Hanover Insurance.  As an active participant in the collision repair industry since the mid 1980’s, he was the vice chair of 

I-CAR for South Carolina and Massachusetts.  During those tenures he was a lead instructor in unibody, plastic repair, refinish, anti-lock brakes, and supplemental restraint systems.  He was chairman of the ISO/AISG auto physical damage committee and inducted into the Collision Repair Hall of Eagles in 1997.  Roger has since served as a past chairman I-CAR’s International Board of Directors and the Collision Industry Conference

Gerry Poirier has over 50 years in the collision – APD claims industry and is an active member with the Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF), Intertek, multiple school collision advisory boards in Georgia and is a current Board member of NABC. He started his career in the body shop industry and is I-CAR Platinum. He has held Regional and National positions with AIG, Hanover, and most recently Farmers Insurance companies. In those roles he was tasked with multiple process improvement projects to improve the claim experience for consumers as well as provide guidance and technical expertise to the staff. He was an industry contact for all three companies. The charity golf event his I-CAR Committee holds for CREF the last 13 years has resulted in approximately $800,000 in funds to support local collision school programs and students. He was the contact for NABC the last 6 years and has supported that organization as their Fundraising Chairman for multiple years and continues to be active in all the programs NABC provides.
